What forms of payment do you accept?

Is my payment secure?
Protecting your sensitive payment data is very important to us, and we have taken several steps to ensure all of your data is secure.
Is sales tax added to my order?
All orders to the United States, including territories are subject to local sales tax.
Shipping:
All of our orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in the US. We do our best to ship orders out of within 24 hours. All orders placed before 1pm PT will be processed that same day.
Orders delivering in the United States will be sent via USPS and it takes between 5-7 business days to arrive.
Where do you ship?
We currently only offer shipping within United States.
What size am I and How do you know which size to choose?
All of our styles are true to size and intended to be worn as a loose style. We recommend taking a look at our size chart here.
Can I edit or cancel my order if I haven't received it yet?
Once your order has been placed, we cannot make any changes to the order or the shipping address and billing. So please double check your details before hitting submit.
Sales and promotions cannot be retroactively applied once your order is placed.
Damaged or Wrong Item Received:
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email info@thehappysparrow with your order number, detail description, and photos of the items showing the issue.
Lost or Stolen Order?
Please reach out to USPS customer service team if your order has been stolen or is lost.
The Happy Sparrow is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Can I use multiple discount codes in one order?
No, discount codes cannot be stacked; you can only use one per order.
